Below the image, on a marble plate (30 × 100 cm) it is written: "Whoever recites an Hail / to this image of Maria SS.a / delle Grazie will earn 40 days / of indulgences granted by SERma / Mr Sanseverino Archbishop of Palermo / Addì 4 August 1792 ".
Further down, on another marble plaque (18 × 100 cm) it is written: “Marble prospect year 1964 / gift of the devoted Grillo Francesco”.
