Photo: web

Discovered in 1929. The setting of the site reflects a typical Roman bath complex containing the type of rooms seen in other Roman baths, including the Tepidarium, Frigidarium and Caldarium. The baths contain mosaics of colored marble and stones that form geometric patterns, such as cascading cubes, which decorate the floors of small rooms, pools and bathroom facilities. As evidenced by fragments of paintings
plaster, the walls of most of the rooms look painted. The Roman baths belong to the 1st century / beginning of the XNUMXnd century AD The presence of a post-classical lime suggests the use of the site during the following periods.
