The annual production was around 1000 liters of wine. The most common vines werenirellu mascalisi”, “catarattu niuru, e jancu” “palummara ianca” “nsolia ianca e nira”, “ducignola nira” minnedda
Currently the millstone is used as "Apothecary” workshop-laboratory, where, based on the ancient convent roots of the place, medicines based on medicinal herbs were prepared according to spagyric principles.
Spagyric philosophy is a technique with which Alchemy is applied, it is a special philosophy, a linguistic attempt to interpret nature, it is the transmutation of nature according to nature.
In Spagyria, the plant is a therapeutic unit that corresponds to the human individual on which it acts. The fundamental dialectic of the universe is energy and matter, from this concept all alchemical philosophy starts which finds its application in spagyric philosophy.
