Villa Lucrezia Licata Verderame
Description

Villa Lucrezia Licata Verderame

Montesole Hill.

Construction with simple, compact and linear shapes that culminates in a pavilion roof. The ashlar facing of the base is followed by protruding molded cornices that mark the levels of the property, leading up to the cornice and finally to the roof. The arched openings are embellished with reliefs that reproduce motifs.

The property stands on one of the highest hills in the area, marked by paths, stairways and retaining walls, and characterized by a well-kept vegetation of fruit trees, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The landscape context constitutes a whole with the architectural element, and becomes qualifying for the latter
