DESCRIPTION The name Padre Santo derives from the place where the tower is located, in the Piano del Padre Santo near the church of the Theatines. The tower of the Holy Father belonged to the medieval city walls. The tower has a rectangular plan and is spread over three floors, with a late Gothic portal with an archivolt at the bottom, a Baroque-era balcony on the first floor and Renaissance-style windows at the top. The tower is leaning in the rear part on the remains of the old surrounding walls.
