Archaeological site in San Salvatore

Ancient settlement and necropolis. 

Prehistoric flints and castelluccian fragments; superficial fragments of the Greek-Roman age; earthly tombs already violated. In the area there is also a tunnel dug into the rock and with a sloping slab roof

Environmental context: Plain near the S. Calogero valley on the upper course of the stream.
