Archaeological site in the Treppiedi district
Roman farm and necropolis (II - III century AD). In the area, following the research undertaken by Paolo Orsi in the 900s, four funerary hypogea have been documented, including catacomb A which has returned the best known of the epigraphs is that of Aithales, bearing the oldest mention of a religious building and its builder.
