Petraro archaeological site

Prehistoric settlement and necropolis from the Ancient Bronze Age. Rocky and Byzantine settlement.

Fortified castle village close to the north cliff of the Mulinello river. On the slope below there are small groups of oven tombs belonging to the village itself. Dozens of Byzantine troglodyte dwellings open up on the rocky wall.
