Archaeological site of Granatello

Rock settlement. (A2.3).

Description 

On the side of the hill that slopes down towards the Xifonio port, some natural caves have been explored, which have been enlarged and adapted by man over the centuries. According to the materials recovered from the slope below (achromatic fragments decorated with streaks, some rare
fragment of glass, clear terra firma and glazed), the most ancient traces of use date back to the late ancient age.
