Archaeological site of C.sa Farrauto
A short distance from the Porto Empedocle-Caltanissetta expressway, bordered on almost all sides by internal connecting roads, there is a large area of scattered fragments according to a low concentration of density. The area is almost flat and develops at the foot of a recent house, Casa Ferrauto, built on the only rocky outcrop in the area. The site is located a few hundred meters from the penetration route known as Trazzera Cerasa and at the same time almost aligned with the site at c.da Garamoli, with which, as evidenced by the fragments found, it seems to share the chronological horizon.
