Archaeological site of C.da Safo-Canalicchio
On a large area affected by the presence of ceremic fragments mainly from the Roman and late ancient periods, the presence of two rock necropolises is noted: the first, at the sources of the Safo, has only arcosolium tombs, the second in the locality of Canalicchio presents both
tombs of the arcosolium type and cave tombs of the prehistoric age. Below one of the interpodern trazzere the remains of a paved road probably of ancient layout emerge in several places.
