Area of production: Territory of the Municipality of Villarosa. Rocky and dry soils. Brief description of the product: Aromatic shrub-like plant. It has narrow and needle-like leaves, whitish on the underside and irregular hermaphroditic flowers arranged in axillary clusters.
Description of the processing and maturing methods: Drying in the shade. Storage in glass jars or paper or plastic bags for food use.
