Well included in the IWB register of the Sicily Region (Historic Places of Taste) - Sector "Places of gastronomic production".
The territories of Contessa Entelina and Valle del Belice (Castelvetrano, Calatafimi, Campobello di Mazara, Gibellina, Partanna, Poggioreale, Salaparuta, Salemi, Santa Ninfa and Vita) are included in the register of historical places of taste (*) are the physical spaces which represent the cultural experiences of greatest significance in the field of the history of taste in Sicily.
* Workplaces connected to the processing of raw materials to make food products have been included in the lists of historical places of taste, as they can reconstruct the many aspects of a food, its typicality and human work to it tied.
