Product Brief Description: Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g bucatini, 500 g cleaned sardines, 250 g wild mountain fennel, 10 g raisins, 10 g pine nuts, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 30 g onion, 50 g tomato puree, 150 g breadcrumbs.

Description of the processing and curing methods: Sauté the onion in olive oil and dissolve the tomato extract in it with a little water. Add the previously blanched fennel, the cleaned, washed, and chopped sardines, the pine nuts, and the raisins. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan with sugar and a drizzle of oil. Cook the pasta, drain, and season with the previous sauce, adding the toasted breadcrumbs on top.
