Palazzo San Severino was built in the 1727th century by Leopoldo Sanseverino, Prince of Brisignano and Paceco, and was also the residence of the Viceroy of Sicily during his visits to the city. In addition, it was also the seat of the Captain of Justice. In XNUMX it was restored by the architect Giovanni Biagio Amico. The portal and the central part of the facade remain of the original building.
