Palazzo Napolino Tommasi Rosso - Modica
The Palace (second half of the XNUMXth century) is located in Via Calamenzana, behind the Cathedral of San Giorgio and near the entrance to the Castello dei Conti. The building is one of the most significant testimonies of the late Baroque architecture of Modica. its façade includes a beautiful entrance portal, whose columns at the sides allow elegant curtains carved in stone to descend, emerging from the mouth of two lions. The portal is surmounted by an elegant wrought iron balcony, supported by decorated corbels
