Lucatelli Palace

Built in 1455 to be used as a hospital, it was renovated in the century. XVI and enlarged in 1628 with the addition of the upper floor, thanks to the legacy of Captain Lazzaro Lucatelli (or Locadelli). A bust of him is placed in a niche between the volutes of the tympanum above the balcony. Other extension and embellishment interventions are linked to the architects Giovan Biagio Amico, in 1748, and to Paolo Rizzo and Vincenzo Lio. The result is the current façade, where the upper floor has clear Baroque evidence.

The Doric door and the balcony of the facade of the building (referred to as the Civic Hospital), is already included in the assets bound under the law 364/1909 (Notification of 18.05.1931)
