Gioeni Asmundo Palace
Via Etnea at the corner of Piazza Università. Built in the Baroque style in 1743, perhaps on a project by Gian Battista Vaccarini. The main entrance overlooks the University square and is characterized by a white stone portal. The German writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was housed in the palace.
