Giavanti Palace
It is located in via Antonino Sofia 78 adjacent to the Church of S. Maria del Gesù. The Giavanti Palace, better known as the “Carlo Giavanti Institute” was built in the XNUMXth century. By Vincenzo Sinatra. It is currently one of the branches of the University of Messina. The simple facade has an arched portal surmounted by balconies completed by triangular tympanums. On the right side of the building you can see the bell tower of the church of S. Maria del Gesù.
