DESCRIPTION: On two floors, it has a Baroque style facade with a portal surmounted by the coat of arms of the city. The second floor has a balcony with a wrought iron gooseneck railing. The vault of the hall on the first floor frescoed by Gioacchino Martorana from Palermo (1724-1779), and restored in 1876 by C. Giarrizzo
