Alessandro Ferro Palace
Description

Alessandro Ferro Palace

Built in 1775, in Rococo style, it represents an interesting testimony of the evolution of the late Sicilian Baroque. The façade is characterized by tympanums in which medallions depicting busts of illustrious figures of the Ferro family are placed.
Inside, the courtyard is divided into two sectors that allow a double entrance to the building (one in Via Nunzio Nasi, the other on Corso Vittorio Emanuele). Under the clock, in the center of the façade, there is the date and the motto “Pro me et Patria”.
