Necropolis and fortified settlement of C.da Cuminazzi
The site extends over a series of east-west oriented hills and related slopes. All around, and in particular on the southern side, we note the presence of cave tombs from the Castelluccian period. The summit plateau looks almost like an impregnable fortress, devoid of
access paths and naturally defended. On it there are remains of rooms built with megalithic ashlars and the remains of a wall with a turret ascribable to the Iron Age.
