Necropolis of Pizzo Blasco-C.da Cicuta

Necropolis of Pizzo Blasco-C.da Cicuta

On an imposing rocky ridge oriented in the EW direction, a large number of artificial cave tombs dating back to the Bronze Age are distributed, piercing it irregularly. The tombs still in a good state of conservation are all arranged on the southern side
outcrop. There are some double-chamber burials. At the eastern end of the ridge there is also a masseria in which a millstone carved into the living rock is still visible.
