Brief description of the product: Sweets of prickly pear juice, flour, sugar, cinnamon, almonds, toasted orange peel.
Description of the processing and maturing methods: Add the sugar, cinnamon, orange peel, chopped almonds and the flour to the boiling prickly pear juice and mix the ingredients to mix them. Pour onto a wet marble surface, level and allow to dry and then cut into small diamonds.
Specific materials and equipment used for preparation and conditioning: The equipment used are the pot, the wooden spoon, the marble surface and the knife.
Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: Rooms usually used for the kitchen.
