Brief description of the product: Prickly pear juice; winter sweets based on prickly pears, the shape varies according to the type of "mold" used.

Description of the processing and maturing methods: Prickly pears sieved and boiled with sugar and flour. The product is packaged by individuals in the period of the Mostarda and Prickly Pear Festival.

Specific materials and equipment used for preparation and conditioning: Cauldrons, cotton cloth or sieve (for squeezing prickly pears), terracotta prints (tiles), shelves for drying the product.

Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: Residential houses or rooms usually used for the kitchen.
