Brief description of the product: Monoflora (Thyme) and multiflora (Heather and Rosemary) honey. The heather and rosemary honey is a peculiarity of the island, the honeys of the Egadi Islands are characterized by an intense aroma, a fine crystallization and a creamy consistency.
