Brief description of the product: Fire of Etna (dual production 50 ° - 70 °).

Description of the processing, conservation and maturing methods: Contains: pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, natural flavors and coloring. The high alcohol content and the red color are a very pure combination, sugar, natural flavors and coloring. The high alcohol content and the fiery red color are an ideal combination due to the similarity with the fire of Etna; ideal for heating at high altitudes and at low temperatures.

Specific materials and equipment used for preparation and conditioning: Steel tanks for the preparation of mixtures and their storage; filters and related electric pumps; alcohol meter; mixer and bottler.

Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: The premises renovated in '99 comply with the hygiene, health and safety standards. In fact, the necessary changes have been made (industrial flooring, renovation of the walls and ceiling, reconstruction of the electrical and lighting system, supply of fire extinguishers, to allow production in harmony with current standards.

The products are kept at room temperature in the final deposit which is an integral part of the processing and bottling rooms.

Elements proving that the methodologies have been practiced in a homogeneous way and according to traditional rules for a period of not less than 25 years: Patent of the trademark filed in 1973 and regularly renewed; UTF Di Catania work declaration of 1975 certifying the production of the product on that date; state mark register for liqueurs in 1975 issued by the UTF of Catania; copy of the 1975 sales invoice.
