Description

Salerno cave

The cavity opens at the protohistoric settlement of Pizzo Nicolosi, with a 2 m high entrance, half as wide. The internal environment, with a development of a dozen meters, preserves traces of a frequentation between the final Eneolithic and the Bronze Age and of a reuse in the Middle Ages.
