Lemon Frost


4 fresh green lemons
1 lt. of water
200 gr. of sugar
90 g. of starch or potato starch
cups or molds


peel the lemons
put the peel in
1 lt. of water for about 1 hour
remove them
add sugar e
the starch flush to avoid lumps
proceed to cooking as a normal cream
when ready, pour it into bowls
previously wetted internally with water
serve cold
