Brief description of the product: Wild strawberry, aromatic and very fragrant, with small fruits and an intense red color.

Description of the processing and maturing methods: It is grown at the foot of lemons, oranges and peach trees. The harvest season is relatively short, it begins to ripen in early April until the end of May. The strawberry is very delicate, and must be consumed within two days of harvesting.
