Brief description of the product: Dried figs covered with a light white patina inserted inside a string in the shape of a necklace.

Description of the processing and maturing methods: Arrange the figs without peeling them on a wooden board or on a wire rack. Expose them to the sun for a few days and sew them with twine. Dip them in flavored boiling water. Drain them and expose them to the sun to dry.

Specific materials and equipment used for preparation and conditioning: Wooden board or wire rack of reeds. Colorless twine. Coarse needle.

Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: They are kept in cool and dry places. Hanging for a long time.
