Ex Convento del Carmine (Judicial Prison)

DESCRIPTION:
Built in the thirteenth century. It was rebuilt in the XNUMXth century. Currently used as a prison, little remains of the ancient structure. Inside a Gothic style cloister (cloister of S. Alberto). From the eighteenth century. Instead, it is the Baroque style portal at the entrance.
CURIOSITY'
In the convent, St. Albert lives there, after whom the internal Gothic church is dedicated. The saint had a well built inside the convent, the water of which was drunk out of devotion by the faithful on 7 August.
