Brief description of the product: Different shapes, size of about gr. 100, carved workmanship. Description of the processing, conservation and maturing methods: Flour 00, lard, sugar, cinnamon, dried figs and ground almonds, arrange the dough into a sheet, insert the mixture of figs and almonds (previously prepared in "maccaruna" loaves) and proceed with the carving. Bake for 20 minutes.

Specific materials and equipment used for preparation and conditioning: Wooden top (scanaturi) for the dough, special small sharp knives for carving, preferably wood-fired oven Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: Local kitchen, lay out the dough. Long conservation in special metal containers.
