Contrada Foresta-Favalidda
With the name Acqua Grillo, Coparello m 345 in the tablet, a small, slightly undulating relief with several outcropping walls is locally indicated, about one km south-west from the town of Carini. His friend Pietro Galati has collected a large fragment of a pan on a low wall (D 23 cm, H 13
cm) with two opposing sockets and bearing a very curious plastic decoration on one face: from a strip applied under the hem of 7 cm two equally long bands ending with the long fingers of one hand hang. Indigenous pottery (?).
F ° 249 III NE Palermo; UTM: 33SUC39802115; Altitude: 350 m. The find is kept in the Municipal Library of Carini. (Text source: Giovanni Mannino Piero Galati: Carini Archaeological Map)
