Description of the processing and maturing methods: The dessert is made exclusively by hand and baked in the oven.
Description of processing ingredients: Dough of durum wheat flour, sugar, eggs, yeast. Elements proving that the methodologies have been practiced in a homogeneous way and according to traditional rules for a period of not less than 25 years: Recipe that has been handed down for at least 3 generations.
