Church of St. Teresa of Avila
The church of Santa Teresa D'Avila is located in the central area of the historic center of Modica Alta. Built in the seventeenth century and destroyed by the earthquake of 1693. The current church was built, on the same site as the previous one, in the years following the earthquake, the upper order of the facade instead was built in 1953.
