Church of S. Maria della Grazia dei Cappuccini
The church is located in the upper part of the city, where the convent of the Capuchin fathers once stood, formerly the seat of the Regina Margherita hospital. The date of construction is indicated in 1614. The temple has a single nave, of simple manufacture. Leaning against the temple there is a mortuary chapel, in which the embalmed remains of friars and bourgeois are preserved, including the body of Gabriele Distabile (known as "u Caviraruni") in a good state of conservation. Inside there are works of considerable artistic interest among which a refined wooden altar with inlays stands out.
