Church of S. Giacomo
Dating back to the fourteenth century. It is located near the Ponte Guerrieri, in ancient times it was a small sanctuary. The building structure is very simple and consists of two spaces: the first with a small apse and another, most likely added at a later date, with the remains of an altar. The apse contains a fresco with a Deposition that can be traced back to the second half of the fifteenth century: Mary is in the center, Christ, taken down from the cross is on her lap in a diagonal position, on the left is San Giovanni, on the right a of pious women; two characters at the ends of the composition have a Renaissance dress and headdress, the draperies have Byzantine characters.
