Description

Church of SS Paolo and Bartolomeo

Built in 1615 and renovated in its present form in 1689 by the architects Giovanni Francesco and Cristoforo Fica. The baroque facade is from 1782 by the architect Emanuele Cardona. 

The baroque interior features red marble columns from the quarries of Mount Bonifato and stuccos by Vincenzo and Gabriele from Messina. In addition to a canvas by Giuseppe Felice (Saints Peter and Paul) and frescoes by Antonino lo Grano. .
