Brief description of the product: The edible part of the plant consists of the inflorescence which can be green, purplish or reddish in color. The broccoli cabbage can be traced back to two types: those with compact inflorescences and those characterized by numerous terminal inflorescences.

Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: It is a product intended exclusively for local markets where it arrives daily in the periods of maximum production. The sale of the product takes place through the local markets in wooden houses.
