Brief description of the product: Half-moon-shaped cakes filled with ricotta.

Description of the processing and maturing methods: After boiling a part of oil and old wine, the flour is mixed with the liquid and left to rest for 2 hours. Make the half-moon shapes stuffed with ricotta which has previously been sweetened (1 Kg. Of ricotta, ½ Kg. Of sugar) and passed through a sieve with the addition of grated lemon zest and dark chocolate drops.

Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: Pastry laboratories equipped according to the sanitary regulations in force.
