The museum, inaugurated on 6/11/1988 and dedicated to Francesco Scaglione (Sciacca 1859 - Rome 1938), a great art lover and collector. The museum is divided into an artistic section, with paintings by Neapolitan and Sicilian painters (XNUMXth-XNUMXth century), an archaeological section, with finds from the Greco-Roman era and a numismatic collection, and a naturalistic section, with a malacological collection
