Brief description of the product: Carnival pancakes.
Description of the processing and maturing methods: A liter of water, 1 Kg. Of flour, 12 eggs, a tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lard. In a saucepan, boil the water, sugar and lard, then pour the flour into it, thus obtaining a dough that is left to cool and the eggs are added, work a little until it is well mixed. then with your hands you give it the shape of a bracelet and throw it into the hot oil, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Specific materials and equipment used for preparation and conditioning: None. Description of the processing, storage and maturing rooms: Rooms usually used for family cooking or, in the case of bakeries, as an artisan workshop.
