The site extends over a vast plateau sloping down to the south-east, at an altitude of 450 m above sea level, not far from the Gibellina river. The area is cultivated with vineyards and is characterized by a general presence of ceramic fragments, scattered with a medium density of concentration. It is bordered on three sides by small country lanes, and to the east by the physical limit of the farm itself. The visibility is good and among the many non-diagnostic fragments, fragments that can be dated with certainty have also been identified: the most ancient testimonies date back to the prehistoric age which are representative of 4 sections of walls covered by a reddish engobe; then there are those of the Roman age among which we have recognized some fragments of terra Sigillata imported from Africa.
