Equipped area Cala Minola 

The equipped area of ​​Cala Minnola is located on the island of Levanzo, archipelago of the Egadi Islands.

The island territory would seem little suited to forestry plants, but the presence of a dense and intrigued Mediterranean scrub has induced the foresters of the time to carry out massive and repeated forestation interventions, which have materialized today with the creation of a respectable wooded cover that amazes how many travel through that area.After disembarking in the port of Levanzo, either by ferry or hydrofoil, follow the Cala Fredda direction on foot, characterized by the beach of the same name and by a first Forest State Property called Demanio Cala Fredda, then continue the along the path halfway up the coast on foot and less than 500 meters you arrive at Cala Minnola, which is also characterized by a small beach and a Forestry Property of the same name, indicated by a specific table.

The equipped area is therefore located a few steps from the beach of Cala Minnola, in a state property completely wooded with Mediterranean pines, Aleppo pines and maritime pines whose very dense coverage creates a fresh environment, very coveted by those after bathing or after having taken the sun they want to consume a sandwich.

The accommodation facilities are just wooden tables and benches, just enough for a healthy and relaxing rest on a summer day that we wanted to dedicate to the sea. Here sea and forest lend a hand and seem to be one. The conspicuous presence of bathers or hikers is symptomatic because the equipped area of ​​Cala Minnoia can be enlarged, perhaps with more wooden tables and benches. From the Cala Fredda Forestry Property it is possible to follow the dirt road that runs through it, either on foot or by motorized vehicle, in order to visit the whole island.
