Description

Rocky settlement of Cava di Baulì 

Troglodyte village composed of three "ddieri". The large Ddieri is made up of twenty-two rooms on three levels, communicating with each other via stairs, beyond the ground floor. The Ddieri 'o rimitu ”is made up of four rooms: one in the lower level; two in the middle one and one in the upper one. The small Ddieri has eight rooms distributed over two levels with an access tunnel between the two levels.

About 500 m from the laurel staircase, towards the east, is the "ddieri grande" and opposite the "ddieri 'o rimitu"; 500 m further downstream is the "small ddieri"
